We use evidence-based approaches, such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT) and Somatic Experiencing, to help individuals reframe traumatic memories, regulate their nervous system, and regain a sense of safety and control. Through trauma-informed therapy, clients build resilience, strengthen their emotional well-being, and move toward recovery in a supportive and validating environment.
